Shipping -

The standard return shipping type I use is USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Other shipping types, such as UPS, Parcel Post or Federal Express are available by request.

Insurance -

All return shipments are insured automatically for $50 (no charge to you). Additional insurance may be purchased on request. (It is strongly recommended that you also use adequate insurance when shipping your bottles for cleaning).

Handling -

There is no charge for handling. This is a charge some companies use to offset shipping materials and preparation time.

Payment Methods -

You may pay by Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or PayPal.

Credit card payments may be made using PayPal.

Note: You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Simply click on the above link and follow the instructions to 'Send Money Online'.

PayPal is a safe and secure online payment system.

To My Customers:

It has always been my goal to provide the best, professional service to my customers at the lowest possible cost. Machine and manual cleaning prices had remained the same since August 1, 2011, even though operating expenses had continued to rise. In order to offset some of the additional expense, tumbling prices (only) were increased August 1, 2014 and are still the current cleaning prices.

However, utility costs have continued to rise which directly effects operating expenses, therefore causing the inevidable increase in cleaning prices.

Effective July 1, 2016, machine cleaning prices have increased. Manual cleaning or any additional work will remain the same or be quoted separately.

This is only the 3rd price increase in the 8+ years of operations for Good Ole' Bottles.

Bottle Tumbling Prices:

Up to 2 1/8" largest diameter for rounds or largest diagonal measurement for squares, rectangles, flasks - $16.00 ea.

Between 2 1/8" and 3 1/8" largest diameter for rounds or largest diagonal measurement for squares, rectangles, flasks - $18.00 ea.

Between 3 1/8" and 4 1/8" largest diameter for rounds or largest diagonal measurement for squares, rectangles, flasks - $20.00 ea.

Between 4 1/8" and 5 1/8" largest diameter for rounds or largest diagonal measurement for squares, rectangles, flasks - $22.00 ea.

Larger than 5 1/8", Decanters, odd-shaped, special requests? Contact me for a separate quote.

Manual Cleaning and/or Additional Work** as needed:

After tumbling there will typically be the need to manually clean where machine cleaning cannot reach. See the list below for some examples of the different types of manual cleaning/additional work if needed! All bottles have different cleaning needs, so manual cleaning will vary between them.

Manually Clean Inside Finish - $3.00 per bottle (typically all bottles)

Remove any remaining stopple fingermarks from tumbling process - $3.00 per bottle

Remove inside content and/or heavy outside residue prior to machine cleaning - $3.00 per bottle.

Pontils - protected before and cleaned after tumbling - $3.00 per bottle

Outside Flaws or protect/stabilize weak areas - Cracks, Large Chips or Bruises, Open or Near-Open Bubbles on the outside will have an adhesive added to those areas deemed necessary for added support and protection before and removed after tumbling - $3.00 per bottle.

(This does not guarantee additional damage will not occur but every precaution will be taken to minimize risk)

**Not all bottle cleaners will take the time to clean or protect these area's so be weary when considering your bottle cleaning service.

Multi-Bottle:

The following discounts are available for multi-bottle orders:

2 bottles - $2.00 off the total cleaning charge
3 bottles - $3.00 off the total cleaning charge
4 bottles - $4.00 off the total cleaning charge
... and so on ...

Ocean State Bottle Club Members - in good standing - receive a 5% discount off bottle cleaning orders.
